The Swanton Chamber of Commerce offers an annual scholarship to a graduating student from Missisquoi Valley Union High School. The recipient must be enrolling at an accredited college, university or community college. The scholarship is offered in recognition of a student’s dedication to their community.

The award is a one-time amount of $200.00.

Applications are available from the Missisquoi Valley Union High School Guidance Office.

Submission criteria:

• Applicants must be graduating from MVU in 2020
• Provide a applicant-written essay describing how community service has affected you
• Provide a listing of community service projects applicant has been involved with
• Include three letters of recommendation
